Dr Veronica Sawicki and Dr Rohit Sethi are a husband and wife team who are both GPs in Gloucestershire. They are the founders of the Help Madina charity.
Veronica spends between 6 and 12 weeks (of unpaid leave) every year in Sierra Leone in order to provide hands on training and continuing project support.
Rohit spends 2-3 weeks every year providing strategic and operational support.
Vivianne Brackenbury is an Orthoptist at Kings Hospital, London. Vivianne takes unpaid leave every year of between 4-6 weeks to implement and supervise the eye projects.
